Members of the National House Building Council (NHBC) and also the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), we pride ourselves in our ability to carry out work from “plans to completion” with professionalism and at competitive prices.

Whilst most of our work is for Residential customers, we also carry out Commercial building projects, such as factory outlets and other commercial work where first-class bricklaying skills are essential.

Needless to say, all of our construction work carries a 5-year warranty.

Do you use your own team?

All our employees are directly employed by G. Ellison Builders. This allows us to set and maintain a very high standard of workmanship at all times.

Which locations do you cover?

We are based in Runcorn but cover building work across the Cheshire area.

How do I obtain a price?

You can contact us by using our free quote form, email, or telephone. We will visit you to take details and will then provide you with a free estimate.

Can you provide an architect?

Yes, we work closely with our own architect who will assist with your ideas/plans and drawings prior to getting our quotation for the project.

Can you show me some of your previous work?

Yes, we have a large portfolio or previous completed projects and a 5-Star reputation so recommendations and previous work examples can be shared when necessary.

Is planning permission always needed?

Please get in touch and share your initial ideas and we can advise what is possible or you can speak with our architect.
